Runechant of Lust (Yellow) [GEM180-RF] (GEM Pack 5) Rainbow Foil

Last updated: 14 October 2026

This policy covers orders placed at fantasyforged.ca, whether we ship them or you pick them up, and purchases made in store at 113 Broadway, Orangeville. Cancelling an order before it ships is covered by our Cancellation Policy.

The short version

• If we got something wrong (the wrong card, the wrong condition, a missing item, or damage in the mail), we fix it at our cost.
• Tell us within 7 days of delivery, pickup or in-store purchase, with photos, or as soon as you find a fault hidden inside sealed product.
• We don't take change-of-mind returns on trading card singles, sealed card product, event tickets or gift cards.
• Refunds for our mistakes go back to the way you paid, within 10 business days. Change-of-mind returns of unopened non-card items get store credit.

When we make it right

When one of these happens, you choose: a replacement (if we have one in stock), a refund to the way you paid, or store credit.

• A card isn't in the condition we listed. We grade raw cards to our Condition Guide. If a card arrives more worn than its listing, we replace it or refund it, as you prefer.
• You received the wrong item, or something is missing.
• Your order arrived damaged. Keep the box and packaging; the Shipping Policy explains how damage claims work.
• A sealed product has a manufacturing fault, such as missing contents or a crushed box. Small scuffs, shrink-wrap marks and light corner wear from distribution are normal and are not a fault. If a fault only shows once you open the product (for example, a box missing a pack), the 7-day limit doesn't apply: tell us as soon as you find it, with photos of the opened product and all its packaging.

In these cases, we pay the return shipping (we email you a prepaid label), and if the whole order comes back, we also refund what you paid for shipping. For an in-store purchase, bring it back to the counter.

What we can't take back

Unless we made a mistake, these are final sale:

• Trading card singles
• Sealed trading card product: booster boxes, packs, bundles and decks
• Event tickets and tournament entries (if you can't make an event, see the Cancellation Policy)
• Gift cards
• Anything marked final sale or clearance

Card prices move every day, and sealed product can't be checked for tampering once it has left the store, so returned trading card product can't be resold as new.

Unopened accessories, board games, miniatures and hobby supplies can be returned within 14 days of delivery, pickup or in-store purchase, in their original sealed packaging, for store credit. You pay the return shipping, or bring them back to the store.

How to report a problem

Email support@fantasyforged.ca within 7 days of delivery, pickup or in-store purchase (or as soon as you find a missed fault), with:

• your order number
• photos of the item (front and back for cards), the packaging and the shipping label
• a line on what's wrong

Please don't send anything back until we reply. We answer within 1 to 2 business days and tell you whether and how to return the item.

Refunds

• Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
• The part of an order paid with store credit comes back as store credit, and the part paid with a gift card goes back to that gift card.
• You can ask for store credit instead of a refund to your card. Once we've issued it as credit, it can't be switched back to a card refund.
• If only part of an order is affected, we refund that part.

Talk to us first

If something is wrong, please email us before disputing the charge with your bank. We can usually sort it out faster.
