Online Orders

For questions about an online order, pickup order, shipping update, payment issue, or order correction, please include your order number when contacting us.

This helps us find your order faster and provide the most accurate support.

 

Buylist Submissions

For buylist questions, please include the name and email used on the submission.

For mail-in buylists, please email us with the subject line:

Mail-In Buylist

Please do not mail cards until your mail-in buylist has been reviewed and approved by Fantasy Forged.

 

Events and Tournament Questions

For event questions, please let us know which game or event you are asking about.

This includes questions about tournament registration, event start times, prizing, casual play, learn-to-play events, leagues, and community nights.

Please note that event tickets, tournament entries, and event registrations cannot be purchased with in-store credit unless Fantasy Forged specifically states otherwise.

 

Product Availability

Looking for a specific sealed product, single card, accessory, miniature, board game, or TCG product?

Send us as much detail as possible, including the game, set, product name, card name, version, or quantity you are looking for.

 

Community or Safety Concerns

Fantasy Forged is committed to maintaining a welcoming, respectful, and inclusive play space.

If you need to report a concern about behaviour, safety, harassment, theft, event conduct, or another community issue, please contact us at support@fantasyforged.ca with as much detail as you are comfortable sharing.

Reports are reviewed seriously and handled with discretion.

To help us respond quickly, please include any relevant information in your message, such as:

• Your full name
• Your order number, if applicable
• The email used for your order, account, or buylist
• The game or event you are asking about
• Photos, screenshots, or tracking information, if helpful
• A clear description of the issue or question

 

Response Times

We do our best to respond as quickly as possible.

Most messages are reviewed within 1–2 business days, but response times may be longer during release weekends, major events, holidays, high-volume periods, or large buylist processing windows.

For urgent in-store questions, please visit us during regular business hours.
