Event Loyalty Program Policy

The Event Loyalty Program is designed to reward customers for participating in Fantasy Forged–hosted in-store events. Participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the terms outlined below.

1. Program Eligibility

  • Points are earned only through participation in eligible, listed in-store events.

  • Customers must have:

    • A registered account at FantasyForged.ca, and

    • Be registered in the corresponding tournament or event software used for that event.

  • Events eligible for points are those officially listed on the Fantasy Forged Event Calendar.

Use of the store space alone does not qualify for points unless the activity is tied to a listed event (e.g., Sunday Warhammer, Casual Wednesday Commander).

2. Point Accrual

Points are awarded per event attended as follows:

  • Casual Event – 25 points

  • Weekly Event – 50 points

  • Prerelease Event – 75 points

  • Monthly / Special Event – 100 points

Event classification is determined by how the event is listed on the Event Calendar.

3. Point Accumulation & Expiration

  • Points do not expire and do not reset.

  • Points may be accumulated and redeemed at the customer’s discretion.

4. Point Redemption & Discounts

Points may be redeemed for store discounts at the following thresholds:

  • 500 points → 5% discount

  • 950 points → 10% discount

  • 1,750 points → 20% discount

When points are redeemed:

  • A discount code will be generated by staff and emailed to the account on file.

  • Discount codes may be used online or in-store.

  • Discount codes may be used at any time, unless otherwise specified.

5. Discount Restrictions

  • Discounts cannot be combined with:

    • Other discounts, or

    • In-store credit.

  • Only one discount may be applied per transaction.

6. Administration & Tracking

  • Points are currently tracked and managed by staff.

  • Customers may request point totals by contacting staff directly.

  • Customer-facing point tracking and self-service redemption tools may be introduced in the future.

7. Program Changes & Abuse

Fantasy Forged reserves the right to:

  • Modify point values, redemption thresholds, or eligible events

  • Correct point totals in the event of error

  • Suspend or revoke participation in cases of abuse or misuse

  • Discontinue the Event Loyalty Program at any time
