This Shipping Policy explains how Fantasy Forged processes, ships, and handles online orders, including singles, sealed products, tracked shipping, untracked shipping, pre-orders, returned packages, and local pickup.

Please review this policy before placing an order.


1. Shipping Locations

Fantasy Forged currently ships orders within Canada only.

We do not currently offer shipping outside of Canada.

Orders placed with shipping addresses outside Canada may be cancelled and refunded.


2. Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 24–72 hours after the order is placed.

Processing times may be longer during:

  • Release weekends

  • Major product launches

  • Holidays

  • High-volume sales periods

  • Large order volume

  • Severe weather or carrier delays

  • Inventory checks or order corrections

  • Events or operational closures

Processing time is the time required for Fantasy Forged to prepare your order before it is handed to the carrier. Shipping or delivery time begins after the carrier receives the package.


3. Shipping Carriers

Fantasy Forged uses different carriers depending on the type of order and shipping method selected.

Canada Post

Canada Post is used for:

  • Untracked Letter Mail / PWE

  • Canada Post Bubble Mailer shipments

Stallion

Stallion is used for other shipping methods and tracked shipments where applicable.

Fantasy Forged may adjust the carrier or shipping method when necessary due to package size, weight, destination, carrier availability, weather delays, service disruptions, or operational needs.


4. Singles Shipping

TCG singles may be eligible for:

  • Untracked Letter Mail / PWE

  • Untracked Bubble Mailer

  • Tracked shipping, where selected or required

Shipping options may depend on order value, card quantity, package size, card type, destination, and available checkout options.

Fantasy Forged may require tracked shipping for higher-value singles orders, larger singles orders, or orders that cannot safely be shipped by letter mail or untracked bubble mailer.


5. Free Shipping on Singles

Eligible singles orders qualify for free shipping when the singles total is over $300.00 CAD.

Free shipping applies to qualifying singles orders only and may not apply to sealed products, accessories, oversized products, mixed orders, event tickets, pre-orders, or other non-singles items unless Fantasy Forged states otherwise.

Fantasy Forged may choose the shipping method used for free shipping orders. Higher-value orders may be shipped using tracked shipping at Fantasy Forged's discretion.


6. Untracked Letter Mail / PWE

Untracked Letter Mail, also known as PWE, may be available for eligible singles orders.

Untracked Letter Mail does not include tracking or delivery confirmation.

Because this method does not include tracking, Fantasy Forged cannot confirm the exact delivery date, location, or delivery status once the order has been handed to Canada Post.

Untracked Letter Mail is lower cost but carries more delivery risk than tracked shipping. If you want tracking, delivery confirmation, or insurance, please select a tracked shipping option when available.

Fantasy Forged reviews issues involving untracked mail on a case-by-case basis, but replacement or refund is not guaranteed for untracked shipments once the order has been properly prepared and handed to the carrier.


7. Untracked Bubble Mailer

Untracked Bubble Mailer shipping may be available for eligible singles orders.

Bubble mailers offer more physical protection than standard letter mail, but untracked bubble mailer shipments still do not include tracking, delivery confirmation, or insurance unless specifically stated at checkout.

Fantasy Forged reviews issues involving untracked bubble mailer shipments on a case-by-case basis, but replacement or refund is not guaranteed for untracked shipments once the order has been properly prepared and handed to the carrier.


8. Tracked Shipping

All products that are not eligible for singles letter mail or untracked singles bubble mailer shipping require tracked shipping.

Tracked shipping is required for:

  • Sealed products

  • Accessories

  • Board games

  • Miniatures

  • Hobby supplies

  • Oversized items

  • Mixed orders that include non-singles products

  • Orders that exceed letter mail or bubble mailer limits

  • Other orders where Fantasy Forged determines tracking is required

All tracked orders are insured.

Tracking information will be provided when available after the order has been processed and the shipping label has been created or the package has been transferred to the carrier.


9. Sealed Products and Non-Singles Items

Sealed products and non-singles items require tracked shipping.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Booster boxes

  • Booster packs

  • Bundles

  • Starter decks

  • Structure decks

  • Preconstructed decks

  • Accessories

  • Miniatures

  • Board games

  • Hobby supplies

  • Other packaged or oversized products

Sealed products and non-singles items are not eligible for Untracked Letter Mail or untracked singles bubble mailer shipping.


10. Mixed Orders

If an order contains both singles and non-singles items, tracked shipping may be required for the entire order.

Fantasy Forged may combine items into one shipment where practical.

If an order contains in-stock items and pre-order items, the order may be held until all items are available unless separate shipping arrangements are requested and approved.

Additional shipping charges may apply if a customer requests split shipping.


11. Pre-Orders

Pre-ordered products cannot be shipped or picked up before the official release date.

Orders containing pre-order items may be held until all items in the order are available.

Release dates, allocation, and product availability may change due to manufacturer, distributor, or supply chain changes.

12. Local Pickup

Fantasy Forged allows local pickup for online orders.

Customers will be notified when their order is ready for pickup.

Please wait until you receive a ready-for-pickup notification before coming to collect your order.

Pickup orders must be collected within the pickup window stated in our Cancellation Policy. Uncollected pickup orders may be subject to cancellation or restocking fees under that policy.

When picking up an order, customers may be asked to provide:

  • Order confirmation

  • Name on the order

  • Email address used for the order

  • Photo ID for high-value orders, restricted items, or fraud prevention


13. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on available methods, order contents, package size, order value, destination, and carrier options.

Shipping rates may vary depending on:

  • Product type

  • Package size and weight

  • Shipping destination

  • Carrier rates

  • Tracking or insurance requirements

  • Free shipping eligibility

  • Promotions or shipping discounts

Fantasy Forged reserves the right to correct shipping rate errors before fulfilling an order.


14. Tracking and Insurance

Tracked orders include tracking and insurance.

Untracked Letter Mail and untracked Bubble Mailer shipments do not include tracking, delivery confirmation, or insurance unless specifically stated at checkout.

Customers who want the highest level of delivery protection should choose tracked shipping when available.


15. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Fantasy Forged is not responsible for delays, returned packages, misdeliveries, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Please carefully review your shipping address before placing your order.

If you notice an address error after placing an order, contact support@fantasyforged.ca as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.


16. Returned-to-Sender Packages

If an order is returned to Fantasy Forged by the carrier, we will attempt to contact the purchaser using the contact information provided on the order.

Returned packages are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Depending on the circumstances, options may include:

  • Re-shipping the order after updated shipping information is provided

  • Customer payment of additional shipping costs

  • Cancellation and refund, where appropriate

  • Pickup in store, where practical

Original shipping fees may not be refundable if the package was returned due to customer address error, failure to pick up from the carrier, refusal of delivery, or other customer-caused delivery issue.


17. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Tracked Packages

If a tracked package is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please contact support@fantasyforged.ca.

Fantasy Forged will review the issue and may work with the carrier or shipping provider where applicable.

Because tracked orders are insured, resolution may depend on carrier investigation timelines, insurance requirements, photos, packaging information, and claim approval.

Please keep all packaging and damaged items until the issue is resolved.

Untracked Packages

Untracked Letter Mail and untracked Bubble Mailer shipments do not include tracking or insurance.

Fantasy Forged cannot verify the delivery status of untracked packages once they have been handed to Canada Post.

Issues involving untracked packages are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, but replacement or refund is not guaranteed.


18. Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, contact support@fantasyforged.ca as soon as possible.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the package

  • Photos of the damaged item or items

  • Photos of the shipping label, if available

  • A description of the issue

Do not discard the packaging until Fantasy Forged has reviewed the issue, as carriers or insurers may require packaging photos or inspection.


19. Carrier Delays and Delivery Estimates

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated by the carrier or shipping method.

Fantasy Forged is not responsible for carrier delays caused by:

  • Weather

  • Holidays

  • Labour disruptions

  • Carrier backlogs

  • Incorrect addresses

  • Remote delivery locations

  • Service disruptions

  • Customs or regional routing issues

  • Other circumstances outside Fantasy Forged's control


20. Order Changes After Shipping

Once an order has been shipped, Fantasy Forged may not be able to change the shipping address, shipping method, delivery instructions, or order contents.

If you need to change an order, contact support@fantasyforged.ca immediately. Changes are not guaranteed after an order has entered processing or shipping.
