These Terms of Service govern your use of Fantasy Forged's website, online store, physical retail location, events, tournaments, play space, and related services.
Please read these Terms carefully. By using our website, placing an order, creating an account, visiting our store, participating in an event, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms and any other policies that apply to the specific service, order, event, or transaction.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

For the purposes of these Terms, “Fantasy Forged,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to Fantasy Forged Cards and Collectibles Ltd., operating as Fantasy Forged.

3. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms:
Account means a customer account created on our website or connected systems.
Customer, you, or your means any person or entity using our services.
Event means any tournament, league, casual play session, prerelease, learn-to-play event, community event, or other organized activity hosted or supported by Fantasy Forged.
Order means a request to purchase products or services from Fantasy Forged.
Products means trading card games, sealed products, single cards, accessories, collectibles, miniatures, board games, hobby supplies, and other items offered for sale by Fantasy Forged.
Pre-Order means an order for a product that is not yet released, available, or ready for pickup or shipping.
Sealed Product means factory-sealed products such as booster boxes, booster packs, bundles, preconstructed decks, starter decks, structure decks, and similar sealed items.
Services means our website, online store, retail store, events, play space, buylist services, customer accounts, and related offerings.
Store Credit means non-cash credit issued by Fantasy Forged that may be used toward eligible purchases, subject to applicable store credit terms.
TCG means trading card game.
4. Eligibility and Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, to use our services and make purchases.
By using our services, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into these Terms or that you are using the services with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
Account Creation
Some services may require an account, including online purchases, order history, buylist submissions, reward features, or event-related tools.
When creating or using an account, you agree to:

Keep your account information up to date

Keep your login credentials secure

Not share your account with others

Not create accounts using false or misleading information

Not create multiple accounts to bypass store policies, quantity limits, event limits, or other restrictions
You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account.
Fantasy Forged may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or any related policy.
5. Products, Listings, and Availability
We do our best to keep product information accurate, including product names, images, prices, descriptions, quantities, and availability.
However, errors may occur. Fantasy Forged may correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time, including after an order has been placed.
Product listings do not guarantee availability.
Fantasy Forged may:

Refuse or cancel orders

Substitute or correct product information where appropriate
Product images are provided for reference. Packaging, colour, scale, print region, or appearance may vary from images shown.
6. Product Authenticity and Trading Card Details
Fantasy Forged aims to sell authentic products sourced through appropriate distributors, suppliers, manufacturers, collections, or other legitimate channels.
Unless otherwise stated, trading cards sold by Fantasy Forged are English-language cards.
Some English-language cards may be printed in different global regions. Regional print differences, minor manufacturing differences, packaging variations, or normal production inconsistencies are not defects unless the product is materially misrepresented or compromised.
Factory-sealed products may have minor cosmetic packaging wear, including small scuffs, small shrink-wrap imperfections, light corner wear, or minor dents from distribution and handling. These issues are not automatically grounds for cancellation, return, exchange, or compensation unless the product is damaged beyond normal retail condition or otherwise covered by our Refund Policy.
7. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change without notice.
The price applicable to an order is generally the price shown at checkout, subject to our right to correct obvious pricing, product, tax, shipping, or system errors.
Pricing Errors
If we discover a pricing error after an order is placed, we may:

Contact you to offer the product at the corrected price

Cancel the affected item or order and issue a refund

Correct the issue before fulfilling the order
Fantasy Forged is not required to honour pricing that is clearly incorrect, caused by a system issue, or inconsistent with the intended listing.
Payment
We accept payment methods shown at checkout or otherwise approved by Fantasy Forged.
By providing payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use that payment method and that the information provided is accurate.
Payment may be processed by third-party providers, including payment platforms, card processors, financing providers, or other checkout tools. Your use of those payment methods may be subject to additional third-party terms.
Taxes
Orders are subject to applicable taxes as required by law. Taxes are calculated based on the products purchased, shipping or pickup location, and applicable tax rules.
Store credit, gift cards, discounts, promotions, and other credits may affect checkout totals, but do not remove tax obligations where taxes are legally required.
8. Orders and Acceptance
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the listed products or services.
An order confirmation email means we received your order. It does not always mean the order has been accepted or fulfilled.
Fantasy Forged may accept, decline, cancel, or limit an order at our discretion, subject to applicable law and store policies.
An order is generally accepted when it is shipped, fulfilled, or made available for pickup.
9. Order Limits and Player-First Purchasing
Fantasy Forged is committed to supporting a player-first community.
To prevent bulk purchasing, limit abuse, or product hoarding that disadvantages players and collectors, we may apply quantity limits to products, singles, sealed products, pre-orders, event entries, promotions, and limited releases.
Unless otherwise stated, singles may be limited to a standard playset:

4 copies maximum for games such as Magic: The Gathering, Pokémon, Lorcana, One Piece, and similar games
-
3 copies maximum for games such as Yu-Gi-Oh!, Flesh and Blood, and similar games
Fantasy Forged may set different limits depending on product type, release, availability, distributor allocation, event rules, or community needs.
We may cancel, refund, reduce, or refuse orders that exceed quantity limits or appear to be placed to bypass limits.
Attempts to bypass limits through multiple accounts, multiple orders, multiple names, multiple payment methods, multiple addresses, or other methods may result in order cancellation, refusal of service, account restriction, or other action permitted under our policies.
10. Pre-Orders
Pre-orders are orders for products that are not yet released, available, or ready for pickup or shipping.
By placing a pre-order, you understand that:

Product release dates may change

Allocations may change

Product availability is not always guaranteed until received

Payment may be required at the time of pre-order

Pre-ordered products cannot be released before their official release date

Orders containing pre-order items may be held until all items are available
If an order contains both in-stock items and pre-order items, Fantasy Forged may hold the full order until all items are available unless separate arrangements are made and any required additional shipping is paid.
Pre-order cancellation rules are governed by the Cancellation Policy.
Returns or exchanges for pre-ordered items are governed by the Refund Policy.
11. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping methods, costs, timelines, and delivery rules are governed by our Shipping Policy.
Processing and delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.
Fantasy Forged is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses, weather, holidays, customs, supply issues, or other circumstances outside our control.
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
If an order is delayed, lost, returned, or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information, the customer may be responsible for additional costs.
Risk of loss may transfer to the customer once the order is delivered to the shipping carrier, delivered to the shipping address, or picked up in store, depending on the order type and applicable law.
12. Returns, Refunds, Exchanges, and Cancellations
Returns, refunds, exchanges, defective products, incorrect items, cancellation requests, pre-order cancellations, restocking fees, and processing fees are governed by the applicable Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy.
Customers are responsible for reviewing those policies before placing an order.
Certain products may be final sale, including TCG singles, sealed products, event entries, special orders, clearance items, or other products identified as final sale, subject to applicable law and any specific terms posted by Fantasy Forged.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection laws.
13. Store Credit and Gift Cards
Store credit and gift cards may be subject to separate terms, restrictions, tax treatment, and redemption rules.
Store credit may be issued through refunds, buylists, promotions, loyalty rewards, customer service resolutions, or other store programs.
Store credit is not cash and may only be used as permitted by Fantasy Forged's applicable store credit terms.
Gift cards are subject to the terms provided at the time of purchase or issuance and applicable law.
Lost, stolen, misused, or unauthorized store credit or gift cards may not be replaceable unless required by law or approved by Fantasy Forged.
14. Buylist Submissions
Buylist submissions are governed by the Fantasy Forged Buylist Policy.
By submitting a buylist, you agree to the Buylist Policy, including terms relating to estimated prices, condition review, deductions, payment options, store credit, mail-in submissions, sorting fees, finality after acceptance, and ownership transfer.
Fantasy Forged may decline, adjust, or refuse a buylist submission in accordance with the Buylist Policy.
15. Events, Tournaments, and Play Space Use
Fantasy Forged may host events, tournaments, leagues, learn-to-play sessions, casual play, prereleases, and community activities.
By participating in an event or using the play space, you agree to:

Follow the Code of Conduct

Follow staff, judge, tournament organizer, and event runner instructions

Follow the applicable game rules, tournament rules, and organized play rules

Treat players, spectators, customers, staff, and property respectfully
-
Accept event rulings, pairings, procedures, and results as administered by Fantasy Forged or the event organizer
Event entries, tickets, tournament fees, prizing, registrations, and cancellations may be subject to specific event terms.
Fantasy Forged may remove a participant from an event, deny entry, issue event penalties, withhold or adjust prizing where appropriate, or ban a participant from future events for violations of event rules, store policies, or the Code of Conduct.
Participants are responsible for their own belongings while in the store.
16. Code of Conduct and Prohibited Behaviour
All customers, players, spectators, visitors, and event participants must follow the Fantasy Forged Code of Conduct.
You may not use our services, store, events, or community spaces to:

Break the law

Harass, threaten, abuse, or discriminate against others

Cheat, collude, steal, defraud, or misrepresent information

Interfere with store operations, events, staff, or other customers

Damage property
-
Circumvent order limits or account restrictions

Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or similar methods without permission

Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or accounts
-
Upload, transmit, or distribute malware or harmful code
-
Conduct unauthorized sales, solicitation, promotion, or commercial activity
-
Misuse promotions, store credit, gift cards, customer accounts, or checkout systems
Violation of these rules may result in refusal of service, removal from the store, event penalties, account restriction, cancellation of orders, suspension, banning, or law enforcement involvement where appropriate.
17. User Content, Reviews, and Communications
If you submit reviews, messages, photos, comments, feedback, social media tags, event photos, or other content to Fantasy Forged, you are responsible for ensuring that your content is lawful and does not infringe another person's rights.
You agree not to submit content that is defamatory, hateful, abusive, threatening, misleading, obscene, infringing, fraudulent, or otherwise inappropriate.
Fantasy Forged may remove or decline to publish user content at our discretion.
By submitting content to Fantasy Forged, you grant Fantasy Forged permission to use, reproduce, display, and share that content for business, promotional, customer service, or community purposes, unless otherwise agreed or prohibited by law.
18. Intellectual Property
The Fantasy Forged name, logo, branding, website content, text, graphics, images, layouts, designs, and other materials are owned by Fantasy Forged or used with permission.
You may access and use our website and content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, scrape, sell, exploit, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
Third-party game names, logos, trademarks, card images, and related intellectual property belong to their respective owners. Fantasy Forged sells and supports those products but does not claim ownership of third-party intellectual property.
19. Third-Party Services and Links
Our services may include links to or integrations with third-party platforms, including payment processors, shipping providers, event tools, social media platforms, analytics tools, or other websites.
Fantasy Forged is not responsible for third-party websites, services, content, policies, transactions, outages, errors, or security practices.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
20. Privacy and Personal Information
Fantasy Forged collects, uses, stores, and discloses personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.
By using our services, you agree that we may collect and use information as described in our Privacy Policy, including information needed to process orders, manage accounts, run events, communicate with customers, prevent fraud, and operate the business.

22. Account Security, Suspension, and Termination
You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for activity that occurs through your account.

Fantasy Forged may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts where we believe there has been:

Abuse of promotions, discounts, limits, or store systems

Multiple accounts used to bypass policies

Conduct that harms Fantasy Forged, customers, staff, events, or the community
Account suspension or termination does not remove responsibility for amounts owed, completed purchases, policy violations, or obligations that arose before the account was suspended or terminated.
Any store credit, gift cards, rewards, pending orders, or account benefits connected to a restricted account remain subject to applicable law and the relevant store policies.
23. Disclaimers
Fantasy Forged provides services, products, website content, events, and store access on an “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that:

Products will always be available

Event schedules will never change

Third-party services will operate without interruption

Errors will always be corrected immediately
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fantasy Forged disclaims warranties not expressly stated in these Terms or required by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies rights that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified under applicable consumer protection laws.
24. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fantasy Forged, its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, suppliers, service providers, affiliates, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our services.
This includes damages related to:

Product availability or listing errors

Delayed, lost, or damaged shipments

Third-party services

Account access issues

Event participation

Personal belongings brought into the store

Customer conduct or third-party conduct
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fantasy Forged's total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid by you to Fantasy Forged for the specific product, order, event, or service giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not apply where liability cannot be limited by law.
25. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fantasy Forged and its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, suppliers, service providers, affiliates, and licensors from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

During these events, Fantasy Forged may delay, modify, cancel, or suspend affected orders, events, services, or obligations as needed.
27. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario.
Before starting a formal dispute, you agree to contact Fantasy Forged first so we can attempt to resolve the issue informally.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, disputes will be handled through the appropriate courts or tribunals in Ontario, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights, small claims rights, or legal rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Fantasy Forged may update or replace these Terms from time to time.
When changes are made, we may update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of our services after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
If you do not agree to updated Terms, you should stop using our services.
29. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
30. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the related policies referenced above, form the agreement between you and Fantasy Forged regarding your use of our services.
They replace any prior or inconsistent terms relating to the same subject matter, unless otherwise required by law or expressly agreed in writing by Fantasy Forged.
