Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on singles orders over $300 Canada-wide. Orders below this threshold are subject to standard shipping rates calculated at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?

How long does shipping take?
Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships. For time-sensitive orders, please contact us before placing your order.
Can I pick up my order in store?

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?

Can I return a single card?
Singles returns are accepted if the card was misrepresented in its listed condition. If you believe you received a card in a different condition than described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Card Conditions
How do you grade card conditions?
We use industry-standard grading terminology for all singles listings. Conditions range from Near Mint (NM) down to Heavily Played (HP) and Damaged (D).
Our cards are conditioned based on their raw variants, not their "grading potential".

Do you offer professional card grading?
At this current moment, no.
Events
What events do you run?
We host a variety of events including:
- Weekly Events – Regular Friday Night Magic (FNM) and other weekly game nights
- Monthly cEDH Tournaments – Competitive Commander events held monthly
- Prereleases – We run prereleases for major Magic: The Gathering set releases
How do I sign up for events?
Event tickets and registration are available online through our store or in person at 113 Broadway, Orangeville. Check our events calendar or contact us for the current schedule.
Are events open to beginners?
Absolutely! We welcome players of all skill levels. Our weekly events are a great place to learn and meet the local community. Staff are happy to help new players get started.
Buylist
Do you buy cards?
Yes! We run an active buylist and are regularly looking to purchase singles and collections. Visit us in store or check our buylist online for current pricing.
How does the buylist process work?
- Check our buylist for cards we're currently buying and their prices.
- Bring your cards in store or contact us to arrange a bulk submission.
- Our staff will assess the condition of your cards.
- You'll receive store credit or cash (subject to our current buylist rates).
Can I sell a large collection?
Yes! We're happy to look at collections of any size. Contact us in advance at +1 519 261 1993 so we can set aside time to properly evaluate your cards.
Player Rewards Program
Do you have a loyalty or rewards program?
Yes! Fantasy Forged has a Player Rewards Program designed to reward our community for participating in events. Points are earned through event attendance and can be redeemed for store credit and exclusive rewards.
How do I earn points?
Points are earned by attending and participating in events at our store — including weekly events, prereleases, and tournaments. The more you play, the more you earn!
How do I redeem my points?
Speak to a staff member in store to check your point balance and redeem rewards. Points can be redeemed for store credit toward future purchases.
