Return Window
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To initiate a return, contact us at support@fantasyforged.ca with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return request is approved, you must ship the item back to us within 14 days of approval.
Return Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet ALL of the following conditions:
The item was purchased from our online store (www.fantasyforged.ca)
The item is unused and in the same condition that you received it
The item is in its original packaging with all tags attached
You have the receipt or proof of purchase
The return request is made within 30 days of delivery
The item is shipped back within 14 days of return approval
Note: If a product is not returned in like-new condition, a partial refund may apply.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:
All TCG products due to the nature of randomized contents
Other Non-Returnable Items:
Gift cards
Sale or clearance items
Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
Custom or personalized items
Personal care/beauty products
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Pre-Orders
Cancellation Policy:
Pre-orders may be canceled up to 7 days (one week) before the release date
All pre-order cancellations incur a 15% processing fee
Cancellations must be requested by contacting support@fantasyforged.ca
No exceptions will be made to this policy
Pre-Order Terms:
Pre-orders are paid in full at checkout
Orders containing pre-order items will be held until all items reach their release date
Pre-ordered TCG singles are final sale and prices will not be adjusted for market fluctuations
Pre-ordered sealed products are final sale
Pre-ordered products cannot ship until the official release date
Order Cancellations
Standard orders canceled after placement will incur a 15% restocking fee
In-store pickup orders not collected within 30 days will incur a 15% restocking fee
Unpaid orders must be paid within 7 days of the purchase date or will be automatically canceled
Order Quantity Limits
We are dedicated to providing a player-first experience. We reserve the right to refund and cancel orders exceeding the following quantities per card:
4 copies maximum: Magic the Gathering, Lorcana, Pokémon, One Piece
3 copies maximum: Yu-Gi-Oh!, Flesh and Blood
This policy prevents bulk purchasing that disadvantages our player community. Limited sealed products have strict quantity limits, and any attempt to bypass these limits will result in order cancellation with the 15% restocking fee applied.
How to Return an Item

Shipping Options:
We can provide a return shipping label upon request (cost will be deducted from refund)
You may arrange your own return shipping (you are responsible for return shipping costs)
We recommend using tracked shipping for returns
Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return authorization will not be accepted.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges under the same conditions as returns. When requesting a return, please indicate that you would like to exchange the item and specify which product you'd like to receive instead.
Note: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item for a refund, then place a separate order for the new item.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Inspection Upon Delivery:
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Contact us right away if:
The item is defective or damaged
You received the wrong item
Items are missing from your order
What We Need:
Submit photo or video evidence at the time of opening to confirm damages. Every claim will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Normal Wear on Sealed Products:
Small tears, separations, or scuffs at the seams of factory-sealed product shrink wrap, and minor defects in packaging material not caused by external forces are completely normal and will not be grounds for compensation. All products are sourced from official Canadian distributors.
Shipping Method Liability
Untracked Shipping (PWE/Bubble Mailer):
By choosing PWE (Plain White Envelope) or Bubble Mailer service, you assume ALL risk for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Fantasy Forged is NOT liable for:
Lost orders sent via regular/oversized letter mail without tracking
Stolen or misplaced packages marked as delivered
Damaged items shipped without insurance
We strongly recommend tracked shipping for valuable items.
Tracked Shipping:
Tracked shipments are insured up to $100 value. For items valued over $100, additional insurance may be purchased.
Situations Where We Are Not Liable
Fantasy Forged is not responsible for:
✗ Lost/stolen packages marked as delivered (if you're concerned about theft, select signature confirmation at checkout) ✗ Third-party services - If shipped to a freight forwarder or third-party company, we accept no responsibility for damages or issues from their services ✗ Customs issues - We are not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or parcels opened for inspection by border services ✗ Incorrect addresses - We are not responsible for items not delivered due to incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by the customer ✗ Untracked shipments - Letter mail/bubble mailer without tracking or insurance
Refund Processing
Approval:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Refund Method:
If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Refund Amount:
Full refund for the product purchase price (minus any applicable restocking fees)
Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Return shipping costs are deducted from refund (if we provided the label)
Processing Time:
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, contact us at support@fantasyforged.ca.

Usage:
Store credit can be used to purchase anything in-store or online except:

Pre-orders
Tax Treatment:
When store credit is used on sealed products (booster boxes, booster packs, etc.), 13% sales tax will be added to the purchase, as store credit functions as a discount.
Card Printing Regions
We source cards from around the world. All cards listed on our website are English-language prints unless otherwise stated in the listing. Some cards may be printed in different regions (e.g., Japan, Europe) but will be English language.
European Union Customers
If merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason without justification, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
Your item must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. You'll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
